Service Overview

MSME stands for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. To support and promote such businesses, Government of India provides assistance in various forms of subsidies, incentives and schemes. Indian Government has established MSMED Act to support MSMEs. These enterprises are popularly known as Small Scale Industries. MSME Registration is termed as UDYAM REGISTRATION. All such entities that qualify under MSME categories are eligible for UDYAM Registration online . Criteria for qualification into MSME categories are as follows:

Government facilitates such registration free of cost to bring into coverage even the new ventures.Though such registration is not made mandatory by Government, but is beneficial for small enterprises to avail various benefits and incentives from government and financial institutions. Enterprises engaged in manufacturing, trading or into service industry, can all apply for MSME Registration (UDYAM Registration). This is registration process to be done online on the (UDYAM Registration) MSME Registration online  portal with no requirement of uploading supporting documents, only self declaration is required. Upon registration a permanent identity number is issued to the enterprises, known as UDYAM Registration Number. UDYAM certificate (e-copy) can be downloaded on completion of the registration process. The registering enterprise can add any number of activities in one registration including manufacturing or services or both. This means only one MSME UDYAM Registration can be done by an enterprise.

Cost of Digital Signature, Government Fees and Stamp Duty, if any, is payable by the client in addition to the Professional Fee being charged by indian MSME Helpline.
